Following the highly acclaimed MIGRATION Exhibition, co-organized by Nami Island Arts and Education and the International Center for the Picture Book in Society, a new exhibition, SEA CHANGE, will be held in Nami Island. SEA CHANGE is a project to remind people of the importance of the sea through illustrations. Our ocean faces a severe crisis—for instance, an increase in natural disasters and a decrease in biodiversity—caused by drastic and rapid climate change. If we do not respond to it immediately, we may face an irrevocable future. The postcards sent by illustrators from all over the world contain illustrations and messages crying out for protecting the ocean. We hope this exhibition will let the audience know the importance of the ocean.
